Title VI Compliance
Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in or denied the benefits of its services on the basis of race, color or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. Additionally 49 U.S.C. 47123 further prohibits recipients of financial assistance from the US Department of Transportation from engaging in discrimination based on sex, religion, or creed. Title VI complaints must be filed within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.
Title VI Complaint Procedure
To file a Title VI complaint, please complete the information on the Title VI complaint form, sign the form, and send the form to the BIL Title VI Coordinator, so that your complaint can be processed. (NOTE: The form cannot be saved and submitted online. To fill in the form either save the form to your computer, fill in the highlighted fields, print and sign the form and submit, OR print the form, fill in the fields by hand, sign and submit.)
