ADA/Section 504 Compliance

Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in or denied the benefits of its services on the basis of disability as provided by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and/or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Section 504) which prohibits recipients of financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation from engaging in discrimination based on disability.

To file an ADA/Section 504 complaint, please complete the information on the ADA/Section 504 complaint form, sign the form, and send the form to the BIL ADA/Section 504 Coordinator, so that your complaint can be processed.  (NOTE: The form cannot be saved and submitted online.  To complete the form, either save the form to your computer, fill in the highlighted fields, print and sign the form, and submit the form, OR print the form, fill in the fields by hand, sign and submit the form.)
