Screening

Security screening of passengers at all commercial airports in the United States is the responsibility of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). For information on the latest security guidelines, security related travel tips and information, lists of permitted and prohibited items, and answers to frequently asked security questions, please visit the TSA’s Website at Traveler Information.

TSA has a new, free "My TSA" mobile app that includes an alphabetized guide to what types of gifts, gear, and goodies travelers can bring with them in both carry-on and checked bags. Access the mobile web version of "My TSA" at: MyTSA or download the app on iTunes or Google Play.

Screening Assistance

Travelers requiring special accommodations during the security screening process or having concerns about the security screening process may contact TSA Cares, a helpline that provides travelers with disabilities, medical conditions and other special circumstances with additional assistance during the security screening process.
