Any commercial activity proposed at the Airport must first be approved by the Airport. Upon approval, a lease, operating agreement, permit or license may be granted.

Commercial activities include, but are not limited to, carrying passengers, freight or mail for hire, aviation instruction, aircraft maintenance, any aviation-related activity or service, sale of food, fuel, or refreshments, etc.
