ACDBE Program

Introduction

As recipients of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant funding, the Airport is required to have a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in place for Concessionaires operating at the Airport. This program is known as the ACDBE Program. A DBE is a for-profit small business concern that is at least 51 percent owned by one or more individuals who are both socially and economically disadvantaged. An ACDBE is a for-profit small business concern that operates in Airport Concession areas, such as gift shops, restaurant/food services, etc.

The ACDBE Program's intent is to provide a level playing field for ACDBE companies wanting to do business with the Airport, and other agencies receiving Federal funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
