Intent to Submit Application

The City of Billings, Montana (the City) and the Billings Logan International Airport (the Airport) intend to submit Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Application #12 with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), extending the collection level of $4.50 per eligible passenger, collected to provide capital funding and debt service financing for twenty-three aircraft and passenger safety related improvement projects at the Airport.

Federal Aviation Regulations

As required under Section 158.23 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 158, Passenger Facility Charges, the City and Airport are hereby providing opportunities for public comment with regard to Application #12 to Impose and Use PFC collections for the Airport's use.

The Airport has identified twenty-three improvement projects related to aircraft and passenger safety in the application, totaling $8,656,453..
