As part of the requirements for Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) to receive FAA funding for Airport improvements in accordance with 49 CFR Parts 23 and 26, BIL is required to set three-year overall goals for DBE participation.  BIL has prepared a new three-year overall goal update for FY 2024-2026 and has the updated draft document available for public review and comment for a 30-day period beginning August 3, 2023.  Refer to the public notice for information on questions or submitting comments.

Public notice of this update is available on the BIL website and will be advertised in the  print editions of the Yellowstone County News on August 4 and August 11, 2023.
