The City of Billings, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professional architectural firms to provide architectural services for the Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) Terminal Project. The Architectural firm will be a part of the Terminal design team with the Airport’s Engineering Firm providing design and construction administration/inspection.
