The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced today that the Billings Logan International Airport would be eligible for $12,721,011 of CARES Act funding to be used to offset any eligible Airport costs incurred after January 20, 2020. The Act included $10 Billion to help airports get through the COVID-19 pandemic. With little or no passenger traffic, almost all airports have seen their revenues slashed substantially. The FAA indicated today that they will award funds on an expedited basis and encouraged airports to spend funds expeditiously.
