The Collings Foundation will once again bring its "Wings of Freedom" tour to Billings Logan International Airport. The Billings event is scheduled for July 8 - 10 at 1691 Aviation Place, Billings MT 59105. Hours are:
- Noon to 5:00 PM on July 8;
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on July 9; and
- 9:00 AM to Noon on July 10.
The tour provides an opportunity to experience World War II history on the ground, up-close and personal with walk through tours, and in the air via a flight aboard one of the aircraft. The aircraft that will be at the airport for this event are:
- B-17 Flying Fortress
- B-24 Liberator
- B-25 Mitchell
- P-51 Mustang
- P-40 Warhawk
