The Airport is requesting bids on:  AIP 3-30-0008-061-2019, Twelve (12) ARFF Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus  (SCBA) Ensembles.  Bids must be sealed and delivered to the City Clerk's office in City Hall, 210 North 27th Street, Billings, MT by 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, July 23, 2019.  

Funding for This Contract is Federally Assisted. Contractors at every tier must comply with applicable federal requirements including but not limited to: the Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Government-wide Debarment and Suspension, Government-wide Requirements for Drug-free Workplace, as contained in the bid documents.

Funding and Award. This contract will be funded in part by a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration. Therefore, award of the Contract by the Sponsor will be made subject to concurrence of FAA. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the OWNER.
