[ARCHIVED] A Message to All Airline Customers Checking a Bag at the Billings Airport

Full Color New BIL airport logo

Like many industries across the US, airlines and ground handling contractors are experiencing hiring difficulties and staffing shortages.  The labor shortage has caused delays at BIL with baggage deliveries, delays on the tarmac, which impact getting passengers through the loading bridge, slow aircraft deicing, and other inefficiencies that travelers are not accustomed to.

BIL administration has received complaints about these issues; however, this is strictly an airline issue and the Airport is not able to fix these problems directly.

To ensure concerns and feedback get to the correct organization, complaints need to be directed to the airline you are flying on.  Below is a list of airlines that fly into and out of BIL and complaint line contact information.

We encourage you to contact the airline directly, so your concerns are seen by those who can work towards a solution.

 Thank you,

 BIL Administration
