The City of Billings is seeking Statements of Proposal to provide Passenger Boarding Bridges for the Billings Logan International Airport Terminal Project.  The Boarding Bridge firm will be a part of the Terminal Expansion Project.  Request for Proposal (RFP) and contract documents are available from Heather Mosser, P.E., Morrison-Maierle, Phone: (406) 237-1239 or by email to: hmosser@m-m.net. The RFP package will be available Friday afternoon, January 8, 2021.

All Statements of Proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Director of Aviation and Transit, Billings Logan International Airport, 1901 Terminal Circle, Room 216, Billings, MT  59105, no later than 4:00 PM, MST, Friday, January 29, 2021.  The City may, at its option, short list from the RFPs submitted and requested the selected firms to make a presentation before a selection panel shortly thereafter.
