The FAA is conducting a study of a proposal to decommission the SAIGE Locater Outer Marker (LOM) near Billings. The intent of this notice is to inform the flying public of the proposal to decommission and remove the LOM and to provide an opportunity to comment on the proposal. Comments to the FAA must be received by September 30, 2016.
