[ARCHIVED] Seeking Statements of Proposal to Relocate the TSA Security Equipment

The City of Billings, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking Statements of Proposal to provide services for the relocation of Transportation Security Equipment for the Billings Logan International Airport Terminal Project. The equipment relocation firm shall be TSA certified.  Firms must present evidence that they are a TSA certified company, fully competent and have the necessary facilities, experience, and resources to fulfill the conditions of the agreement, which will ensure a high standard of service is afforded. Firms should have extensive knowledge and experience in moving security screening equipment. Consideration shall be given to such matters as integrity, record of past performance, technical resources and accessibility to other necessary resources. Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) reserves the right to reject any applicant which, in BIL’s opinion does not have adequate qualifications. BIL reserves the right to terminate selection proceedings at any time.

All Statements of Proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Director of Aviation and Transit, Billings Logan International Airport, 1901 Terminal Circle, Room 216, Billings, Montana 59105, no later than 4:00 p.m., MDST, Friday, September 24, 2021. The City may, at its option, short list from the RFPs submitted and request the selected firms to make a presentation before a selection panel shortly thereafter.
