The Airport is requesting bids on a new AIP project entitled "Runway 10R/28L Shift Construction". The project consists of two schedules, one for the construction and the second for the electrical work associated with the project. Sealed bids will be accepted in the City Clerk's Office until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at 210 North 27th St., Billings MT.
