The City of Billings, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is requesting expressions of interest from interested and qualified parties to operate an Automobile Rental Concession in the Airport Terminal Building.  Five (5) Concession counters are available.  Due to COVID-19, all Airport Concessions have been financially impacted.  As a result, the responses to this RFI will be used solely to determine whether the City of Billings proceeds with a full Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Automobile Rental Concession at the Airport.
