The MIESCOR Manpower and Skills Development Center (MMSDC) was conceptualized in
May 2008 as an expansion/ extension of the existing Welder’s Performance
Qualification Testing (WPQT) which has generated substantial income for MIESCOR
in the last few years, it was envisioned to evolve into a profitable Business
Unit which aims to offer various Industrial Skills Training and Assessment
Services and Technical Seminars which are short duration, enterprise-based and
tailored-fit to suit customer requirements. It is capitalizing on the company’s
well-known good and extensive track record in the field of Engineering
Construction and Maintenance, backed up by a strong pool of experienced
professionals and skilled workers, and availability of required equipment, tools
and technical references.
