Public Meeting on DBE Goal Setting

Billings Logan International Airport  (the Airport) hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 2.39% for FAA/DOT-funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2021 through 2023.

The Airport is inviting stakeholders to offer input relevant to the goal-setting process.  A copy of the three-year project list is available for download.
 
A teleconference will be held virtually on December 17, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. local time for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process.  Anyone interested in participating in this virtual meeting may register by contacting Marita Herold, Aviation and Transit Business Manager, by telephone at (406) 237-6284 or by email at heroldm@billingsmt.gov.  Upon registration, log-in instructions will be sent to registered participants in advance of the meeting.

Written comments on the DBE goal will be accepted for thirty (30) days from  November 25, 2020 (the date of this notice) and can be sent to the following:
